This shipping policy currently only applies to our Aladin Sakti Pressure Tank products available in our online shop. Please contact us directly if you have any other inquiries.

Note that our flat rate shipping are applicable only for: 

• local deliveries in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi) area. Please check in with us if you are ordering in from outside of these areas.

• Small orders (maximum of 2 units).

Once the payment is received for your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email to indicate that we are processing your order according to the lead time, that is written in the Order Confirmation email. Once the product is ready to be shipped, we will notify you before it is shipped to confirm your delivery address. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please the Person-In-Charge (PIC) as indicated in the confirmation email.

All shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after the shipping information is confirmed.
