Returns & Exchanges Policy

We at PT. Aladin Sakti Metal Engineering, want our clients to be satisfied with our products, as such, we guarantee that any found defects arising from our production process will be handled to our client's satisfaction. However, please note that all sales of customized products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

For items bought through a reseller, please consult the reseller.

 

For Returns & Exchanges to be eligible:

  • Purchase order have been paid in full & consented to our terms & conditions.

  • Shipment fulfilled by our company or any of our shipping partners.

  • Requested within 6 (six) month period, from the date of Delivery Order.

  • Item(s) must be unused.

  • Returned Items have no visible signs of wear & tear & must be returned in the condition they were shipped

  • Have gone through our Troubleshooting process and be approved.

  • Are mutually consented by all parties (including End User).

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Any refunds made will be in the form of store credit*.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our helpdesk at helpdesk@aladinsakti.com. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange. As part of the Returns & Exchanges process, note that you will have to present:

  • Purchase Order Number 

  • Tank Serial Number

  • Proof of Payment 

  • Delivery Order

*Vouchers must be used within 1 month of issued date, not redeemable for cash & can only be redeemed by the entity it is issued to.
